ah777 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Definitions

The following terms, when capitalised, carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

2 Eligibility to Use ah777

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the ah777 Platform is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement imposed both by ah777's international gaming license and by the Platform's own responsible gaming policy. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

By registering at ah777, you represent that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly illegal. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of ah777 is lawful under the laws of your country or region. ah777 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Pakistani players access the Platform under their own legal responsibility.

2.3 Competence to Contract

You represent that you are of legal age, of sound mind, and are capable of entering a binding legal agreement. You are not acting under duress, and you are not acting as an agent for any third party in using the ah777 Platform with another person's funds or on another person's behalf.

2.4 Professional Players and Conflicted Persons

Persons with professional knowledge of sporting outcomes who are not permitted under applicable sports integrity rules to bet on those outcomes are prohibited from using ah777 sports betting markets. This includes active players, coaches, officials, and support staff of sporting bodies that prohibit such activity. ah777 reserves the right to void bets placed by such persons and close their accounts.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To use ah777, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information required. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to hold one and only one registered ah777 Account at any time. If you currently hold or previously held an ah777 Account, you may not register a new Account without express written permission from ah777 support. Accounts suspected of being duplicate accounts registered by the same individual will be suspended pending investigation. All balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal from any ah777 Account. For Pakistani players, required documents are: (a) a clear photograph of both sides of your CNIC, and (b) a selfie holding your CNIC beside your face. ah777 reserves the right to request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle. Refusal to provide required documentation will result in withdrawal hold and may result in account closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ah777 login credentials. You must not share your password, two-factor authentication codes, or any other account access information with any third party. ah777 will never ask you to provide your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify ah777 support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.5 Account Verification Checks

ah777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks at any time, including but not limited to: verification of identity, age, payment method ownership, source of funds, and residence. These checks may temporarily delay withdrawals. Accounts subject to verification checks remain fully operational for deposits and gaming during the review period unless ah777 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ah777 accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods and processing times are displayed in the Wallet section of your logged-in Account. ah777 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit at ah777 is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction within your ah777 Wallet. Withdrawal minimums and processing times vary by method and are subject to change. VIP players may have higher limits applied to their Accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) no active bonus wagering requirements pending on the Account; (c) no outstanding verification review or AML hold. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. ah777 targets same-day processing for all approved withdrawals but makes no guarantee of processing times for cases involving additional review requirements.

4.4 Currency

Pakistani player Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ah777 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR-denominated transactions through Pakistani payment methods. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Exchange rate risk is borne by the Player.

4.5 Declined and Failed Transactions

ah777 is not responsible for failed transactions caused by the Player's bank, mobile money provider, or network issues. If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your ah777 Wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number for manual investigation. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ah777 sports betting markets are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the point of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you accept the stated odds, stake amount, and applicable market rules. Once a bet has been confirmed by the ah777 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where in-play cash-out functionality is available and expressly offered on that market.

5.2 Odds and Market Integrity

Odds are offered at ah777's discretion and are subject to change until the moment of bet confirmation. ah777 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds, where a technical error, data feed error, or human error resulted in odds being materially inconsistent with the true market price at that time. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings resulting from systematic exploitation of manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting

ah777 offers live in-play betting on selected markets including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and football. In-play odds are updated continuously. There may be a delay between a real-world sporting event and the ah777 interface. ah777 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play bets placed after the relevant sporting outcome occurred but before the system was updated, where ah777 determines that the Player had material knowledge of the outcome at the time of placement.

5.4 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games hosted on the ah777 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and Habanero. Each game uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology validated by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages across very large sample sizes and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes. ah777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.5 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result or game outcome, ah777 will use official data from the relevant governing body or game provider as the authoritative source. ah777's decision on disputed outcomes is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered Players as described in the specific terms accompanying each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per Player, once per household, and once per device or IP address. ah777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus from an Account if eligibility criteria were not met at the time of opt-in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the specific bonus terms displayed at opt-in. Unless specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Only bets placed on eligible games or markets contribute towards wagering requirements.
• Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Balance where both are present in an Account.
• If a bonus expires before wagering is complete, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited.
• Voided bets do not contribute to wagering requirements.

6.3 Maximum Bet Restriction During Bonus Play

While a Bonus Balance is active on your Account, maximum bet or stake limits may apply per round or per market. The applicable limit is stated in the bonus-specific terms. Bets or wagers that exceed the maximum permitted stake during bonus play may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ah777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses that have already been validly activated on a Player's Account prior to the modification. Players are advised to check current bonus terms each time they opt in to a promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ah777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage access: Accessing or using the Platform if under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one ah777 Account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting falsified KYC documentation.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated betting software, or any other tool that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to achieve outcomes in multi-player casino games, including deliberately losing to a partner or coordinating in poker or baccarat.
• Advantage play targeting promotions: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free bets, or promotional terms in a manner not consistent with recreational gaming.
• Money laundering: Using the ah777 Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. ah777 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its AML obligations.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the Platform.
• Inside information betting: Placing bets using material non-public information about sporting outcomes.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the ah777 Platform's technical infrastructure.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Platform Commitment

ah777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Pakistani player base. The Platform acknowledges that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has built responsible gaming tools into the Account management system to support players who wish to manage or limit their gaming activity.

8.2 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ah777 Players via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited to your Account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount that can be lost within a defined period. Effective immediately when set.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after pre-set durations of continuous gaming activity.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during gaming sessions displaying time elapsed and net win/loss for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion from 7 days to 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

8.3 Player Responsibility

You are responsible for your own gaming behaviour. If you believe your gaming activity has become harmful to yourself or others, you should activate the self-exclusion tool immediately or contact ah777 support. ah777 will not market to or attempt to re-engage Players who have self-excluded. Players concerned about their gaming can contact support at the email address in Section 15 of these Terms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ah777 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, odds presentations, data compilations, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ah777 or its licensed third-party game providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the express written consent of ah777. Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only.

The ah777 name, logo, and brand are trademarks owned by the Platform operator. You may not use the ah777 brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar designation in any manner without express written permission.

10 Privacy & Data Processing

ah777 collects and processes personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at ah777, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes: name, date of birth, CNIC details, mobile number, email address, payment transaction records, game play history, and device and connection data.

ah777 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: (a) account management and identity verification; (b) processing deposits and withdrawals; (c) AML and fraud detection; (d) provision of customer support; (e) responsible gaming monitoring; and (f) regulatory compliance. ah777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ah777 excludes all liability for: (a) losses arising from gambling activity, including all wagering losses; (b) technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside ah777's reasonable control; (c) errors in data feeds used to determine sporting outcomes; (d) indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.

ah777's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, for any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

By using ah777, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk, that losses are possible, and that outcomes of bets and games are unpredictable. You use the Platform at your own risk.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ah777 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable withdrawal processing fees. Bonus Balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

12.2 Termination by ah777

ah777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without cause. Causes for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of AML requirements, failure to complete KYC verification, and engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7. In the event of termination for cause, ah777 may withhold any or all funds in the Account pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have not logged in or placed any bets for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as Inactive. ah777 may apply an Inactive Account fee of Rs 500 per month after the 12-month inactivity period. Fees are deducted from the Real Money Balance in the Account. Players will be notified by email at the registered address before Inactive Account fees are applied. To reactivate an Inactive Account, log in and place a bet or make a deposit.

13 Amendments to Terms

ah777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players by email at the address on file and by prominent notice on the ah777 website. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification, or immediately if no specific date is stated. Your continued use of the ah777 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ah777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to ah777's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, contact ah777 support in writing with full details of the dispute including relevant Account information, transaction references, and a description of the issue. ah777 will investigate and respond within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service designated by ah777's licensing authority.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction to the extent such laws apply to the Services and cannot lawfully be excluded.
